Overview of Our Return Policy

Refunds are up to the discretion  of our sales team and are given as an in-store Credit.

New Products

You can enjoy a hassle-free return experience within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item you received is dead on arrival or still in its original, factory-sealed packaging, we will gladly process your return. 

All products fall within our return policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special order Products are not eligible for a return.

However, please note that if you have changed your mind about your purchase and no longer need the item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return. 
ℹ If you do not accept a shipment for your item, and a credit or refund is issued to you, we will deduct the cost of the return freight from your credit or refund amount.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any electronics that have been opened or removed from their original packaging in any way.

Used Products

Used Products come with 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated.

Please note that all used products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to protect against instances of broken items being repackaged and returned as if they were still in good condition. 

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we encourage you to reach out to us by replying to your confirmation email. Our team will do their best to assess the situation and provide a satisfactory resolution.


Refund Method and Timeline 

Your refund will be processed by us within 7 days of the item(s) arriving at our facility. We will inspect the item(s) and once confirmed issue your refund via the same payment method that you used for purchase. There may be additional processing time that is not in our control. For example, your bank or credit card issuer may take a few days to process the refund back to your card.

RMA (Retrun Merchandise Authorization) Process

If you are bringing an item into the shop, simply drop by. Conatct us first if you would like to confirm your options for your return.
If you plan to ship a return to us, contact us first to obtain an RMA#. Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package, and on any documents that you include in the package.

ℹ Be sure to pack your return items well, to avoid damage during shipping. We do not take responsibility for shipping damage of items you ship to us. We recommend opting for the carrier's shipping insurance. Most carriers offer this.
